The beauty of vulnerability in death

This week I was working with someone specifically on this vulnerability piece and, for many, it’s a crucial piece in being able to transform how you see and experience the deaths of those you love.

Part of the issue is that we typically see pain and vulnerability around death as a terrible thing and we are left haunted by memories of things we don’t see any value in and wish hadn’t happened – a recipe for misery.

Check out this video for my thoughts on why to transform your ideas about vulnerability around death, and how to start to do that.

In this video I mention that I’ve written on pain before – here’s a blog on that.

Much love,

Kristie
