Are you holding on to your grief as a way to honour someone you love who has died?

Are you holding on to your grief as a way to honour someone you love who has died?

Do you feel like to not be in grief and pain at all would actually dishonour or disrespect someone you love who has died?  Do you feel like the idea of healing completely is disrespectful to their memory?

If so then check out today’s video to find out why the opposite is actually true….

Much love,

Spot on Kristie. So good to hear the truth going out into the world.

Your words served me, as last night on a Skype call I noticed a small residual amount of pain arise when I spoke about Jenny. Only small, but noticeable. As I listened to you I acknowledged the pain, came into non-judgmental, kind “relational awareness” with it, and felt a joyful shift as the pain transmuted into love and gratitude for having shared our lives together.

Now, I fully expect to feel only joy next time I speak about her. Thank you.

with loving kindness,

Leo
