What are your triggers for ‘missing’?

What are your triggers for ‘missing’?

Missing is a common experience people expect to have after someone they love has died, as part of their grief.  And as part of your healing process you also need to be able to unpick and transform these feelings too.

And sometimes what you experience as missing isn’t actually missing – it is instead your reaction to certain circumstances/ feelings arising that you don’t know how to deal with without the aid of your person who died.
