Helping others when you think they’ve been in grief long enough
This is a question that comes up quite a bit: how can you help someone grieving? At what point do you intervene to point them in a healing direction? And (if you want to get really honest) when will they stop all this as it’s making you quite uncomfortable.
How to genuinely help someone with grief requires a little awareness of grief and pain, a lot of self-awareness, and also some humility, courage and honest questions.
