Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why, and how I look after it. I'm based in New Zealand and follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. I work with people all over the world, and treat everyone's information with the same care.

What I collect
If you use my contact form: your name, email address, and anything you write in your message.
If you join my mailing list: your first name and email address.
If we work together: your contact details, the payment details your payment provider shares with me when you pay (such as your name), and my private notes from our sessions.

How I use it
Only to reply to you, to send you the emails you've signed up for, and to provide my coaching. You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time, using the link at the bottom of every email. I never sell, rent or share your information for anyone else's marketing.

Your sessions
Everything you share in our sessions is confidential. My session notes are private and never shared with anyone, unless the law requires it or there is a serious risk to someone's safety.

Keeping your information safe
I keep your information in secure, password-protected accounts that only I can access.

Services I use
Website: hosted by Framer, which records anonymous visitor numbers (such as which pages are viewed), but doesn't use cookies or collect anything that identifies you.
Mailing list: MailerLite.
Payments: a secure payment provider, such as Wise or Stripe.
Sessions and contact: Zoom, WhatsApp and email.
Session notes: Google Drive.
Some of these services store information outside New Zealand, and each has its own privacy policy.

Keeping and deleting your information
I keep client notes so I can support you if you get in touch with me again in the future. You can ask to see, correct, or delete any information I hold about you at any time.

Changes to this policy
